Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Q: Why is the movement alert activating when my item isn't moving?
A: Our device uses Bluetooth technology, which is on the 2.4GHz frequency band. WiFi, Zigbee and many other small electronics of this kind use 2.4GHz too. Therefore, 2.4GHz frequency band is a “polluted” band since a lot of devices are using it and interference is a possibility. That’s why there appears to be a distance variance even when the device is standing still or has been lain down on a surface.
